"This location is going downhill fast. The people employed there seem to think they can just play with your money and it not matter. I called in advanced to get a policy for them to tell me they are calling me back and to never get a call back. I finally get the policy and they then cancel my first policy without permission. I finally get that sorted and then they double charge my credit card. I asked for the money back was assured I would get it, then nothing. Still charged twice and they don’t reach out to me. I reach back out to them and they tell me I received a credit on my next bill and asked if that’s okay. I had to ask for the money back AGAIN making it 3 times. I don’t want the credit, I want the money that I did not give you permission to take from my account. I have also submitted a complaint with actual State Farm and the bbb."

"My agent retired so State Farm assigned me to a different agent but after speaking 2 Latasha I asked to be moved to her office... It's a family-run business and they go out of their way to give you first rate service.. when I bundled my home and my car I pay less for both then I was paying for just my car insurance from my previous company, these people are fantastic!"

"My parents have always been with State Farm, and so have I. My wife and I recently were married, purchased a home, and new vehicle. All of our Insurance is with State Farm, and every time I communicate with them it shows me why. All State Farm team members I've ever worked with have been nothing but helpful. After accidents, for new quotes, adding and removing vehicles, etc. Latasha's office specifically and her co-workers are TOP NOTCH. I would recommend them to anyone across the board. They are extremely friendly and have your best interest at heart. Thanks again"

"If I could give them a higher rating I totally would very impressed. Switched from liberty mutual from paying $200 on one car to 112 on just one car. Super nice and friendly. Loveee the office dog. He’s adorable. Has a excellent experience all the way around. Definitely recommend"

By point out all of the things in my policies that are invaluable to know and understand. Making it easy for me to decide what is best to suit my needs. I can go to bed at night and not have to worry about my family being covered financially if something were to happen to me.
